Gellan Gum WG is type of Gellan Gum that mainly used for gelling purpose, Gellan Gum WG is natural occurred biopolymer produced by carbohydrate fermentation with Pseudomonas elodea.It is white or creamy white powder.It is used as excellent water gelling agent,filming agent,thickener,rheology controller, etc in various food & beverages,cosmetic,pharmaceutical,etc.
